PARK FACILITIES
The restaurant
This is a service that many of our guests have requested in the past few years. It took a long time and a lot of hard work, but now we are proud to announce that our new restaurant is ready to offer breakfast and dinner to anyone who wants it. You will be welcomed in a spacious and bright room, from which you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view over the Tuscan hills. We will serve traditional Tuscan dishes, simple and tasty, prepared with local and high quality raw materials. So … Enjoy your meal!
The pool
350m² of swimming pool and jacuzzi, with a stunning view over the Tuscan hills. Now just imagine yourself while enjoying a whirlpool in the jacuzzi with the orange sunset on the hills in front of you. Every night a different one!
The floor of the pool gently slopes, so you can take a shallow dip under the sun if you don’t feel to fully immerse yourself into the cool waters.
The Equestrian Centre
The riding centre is located on the estate. Come and discover the Tuscan countryside on a horse and enjoy a unique horseback riding opportunity! Never ridden a horse before? That is not a problem. You can take a brief lesson to learn the ropes in a safe and friendly environment then set off on the adventure. Also the little ones can experience some riding with the Pony Ride programme or enjoy taking care of the horses at our Pony Camps.
Scott MTB rental centre
Lauro, the landlord of Belmonte Vacanze country holiday resort, is the man behind the biking project, Ridemontaione.com. We therefore pay special attention to the needs of our fellow bikers who choose to stay at our bike friendly agritourism in Tuscany. We have a fleet of Scott MTBs and e-bikes available for rental, and our facilities include a fully equipped bike room where you can clean and repair your bike. We also arrange guided MTB tours around the Tuscan countryside.
The Estate
Our agritourism country holiday resort is set in a 200-hectare estate where you can explore the many footpaths that criss-cross it. Beyond the borders of the estate there are many other marked trails for hikers of all abilities, from short, easy walks suitable for families, to longer hikes for the more experienced walkers.
The Animals
Besides the horses at the stables, all the animals on our little farm are waiting to welcome you to a rural experience. Children get the chance to touch, pat and feed the farm animals, and experience nature first-hand.
Tennis
If you love tennis you can’t miss the experience of playing a game in the tranquility of the Tuscan hills. You will hear only the sound of your tennis ball against the racquet….that is if you are not distracted by the amazing views of Tuscany! A professional tennis instructor is available for adults and children classes.
Football
Our little guests can enjoy playing football on the little pitch, using the balls available at the reception. The kids can organise little tournaments which always guarantee
great fun for everyone!
Volleyball
For sporty adults and children there is a volleyball court next to the playground, where enjoy a fun afternoon of sports and games.
Fishing
Those keen on fishing can enjoy some great time on holiday here! There are two private lakes where our guests can enjoy a peaceful day while waiting for fish to bite. You can leave your rods and reels at home, we have all you need without any extra charge.
Playground area
Children have a special playground area just for them! They can play safely outdoors with lots of games and make new friends, spending a fun-filled holiday in Belmonte. They will enjoy the swing, the spring rocking horse, the soccer and the volley field, the table football and table tennis, the sandbox, and much more.
Barbecue area
Bake for you and your family T-bone steak outdoors in our barbecue area is really the most typical thing you can do in Tuscany! Get the grill at the front desk, get the coals from the nearby supermarket and enjoy your meal!
Parking
A car is essential to visit the surrounding cities. In the evening you can park your car safely in the secure car park. If you have any problem with your car do not worry, we’ll help you out and show you the specialised garage nearby.

Pets are welcome at our agritourism holiday resort! Enjoy your holidays in Tuscany with your furry friends!
APARTMENT FACILITIES
WiFi
We have fast and reliable WiFi for our guests to use throughout the resort thanks to recently installed starlink system. Guests can enjoy free WiFi access in their apartment and in other common areas, including the swimming pool area, thanks to the hotspots in the gardens. No password is necessary. Simply register through our Social Login.
Air conditioning / heating
We have a centralized system with hot and cool pumps that allows us to provide you with air conditioning to your liking. You can equip yourself with the remote control at reception and adjust the temperature in each room in your apartment. There is an extra cost of 10€ per day.
Dishwasher
All the apartments have a dishwasher so you can spend more time with your loved ones and fully enjoy your holidays.
Apartments with private outdoor space
All our apartments have a spacious private area, with a gazebo or sun umbrella, outdoor dining table and chairs, where you can indulge in al fresco dining, relax with a good book or enjoy a nice glass of Tuscan wine.
Satellite TV
All the apartments have flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
Laundry
Laundry service is available at the reception. There is a high-efficiency coin-operated washing machine at your disposal. You need four €1 coins per load. Laundry detergent is dispensed automatically into the washer and the wash cycle takes about 50 minutes. You can line dry your washing using the clothes airer you find in the apartment.
Extra cleaning
If you want you can ask for extra cleaning of the apartment during your stay. One of our cleaning staff will take care of it and when you are back you will find a completely clean and fresh flat. So you can relax without thinking about cleaning. Cost of the service 40€.

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tasting
At the reception you can taste and buy our delicious certified organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced from our organically grown olives.
Wine Tasting
Every week, right here at our agritourism, we organise an afternoon dedicated to good wine. Enjoy a complimentary wine tasting offered by a prestigious local winery, and meet the winemaker who will entertain you with some interesting facts about the wines. Upon request we can also arrange a free wine tasting tour of the winery.
Reception
During your holiday we offer you all our help. At our reception desk you can get all the information you need about towns, restaurants, airports, doctors and hospitals or even just to have a chat with us!
Fresh produce and baked goods home delivery
Every morning, for breakfast, you can have delicious freshly baked Tuscan bread and croissants delivered at our reception.
Simply turn in your order at the Reception the evening before the requested service and your groceries will be delivered to you on the following morning. You can conveniently settle the bill when you check out!
The minimarket
In Iano, a little village just 1 km far, there is a minimarket where you can buy fresh bread, fresh fruit and vegetables and lots of great local produce as well as specialities, so you can treat the whole family to delicious homemade meals!
Spa & Wellness
A spa & wellness centre is located just a few kilometres from the property where you can spend some quality time indulging in face and body treatments, and toning massages. Plus, there are massage jets and whirlpool baths, saunas and steam baths with chromo and aromatherapy.
Golf
The Castelfalfi Golf Club is located 7 kilometres from the property. The golf club boasts an impressive 27-hole championship course that challenges the experienced golfer but enables the casual golfer to enjoy a round on a very well manicured course, attracting visiting golfers from across the world.
Electric vehicle charging stations
We currently have two Tesla Destination chargers and one universal 22kW type-2 charger that can charge all electric vehicles.
You can conveniently charge your electric car at one of our charging stations right on the premises of our agritourism!
